Negative Capability

You're not sure,
uncertain
perhaps confused
about why
you can't take a side,
or reside in that
place of certainty
where you can defend and state
how you feel.
But to live
in that place of uncertainty,
not pushing to move beyond
to a statement,
an opinion,
a stance.
To reside
in uncertainty
without an itch
to move
is to loosen
whatever binds.
