What's the blue sticker

jutting out of the grass

or the orange pole in

the corner of the lot?

Did I hear a hissing?

Does the overhang

hang far enough? Why

didn't they remove the

stickers that warn you

that open windows can

be dangerous for small

children? We don't

have small children.

I never remove the tags 

on mattresses and always

read the warnings on

plastic bags. For now

I'll leave the writings

as a reminder of the

danger of ordinary things.
