How Much is too Much?
I can't be the only one who thinks that the value of the lottery is obscene? There are people who live in crowded housing, people who have no housing, people who live in camps for the disenfranchised, children who have never stayed long enough in one place to call any place home. How many people have lost their homes?
What reason do we have for this bulging lottery?

I'll have to look it up now, Linda. You've piqued my curiosity. But don''t lotteries grow through ticket sales? Optimistic purchasers?
Would you have those who operate a lottery select winners more often?
I'd like lotteries to give some of the money accrued by selling tickets as prizes and a percent for housing, et al.
